Green Eggs

For each serving you will need: one egg one Tablespoon milk 1/8 teaspoon salt one drop of green food coloring. one 5-ounce paper cup and a small whisk or plastic fork
You will also need 2 Tablespoons of margarine, an electric skillet, and a wooden spoon. Crack the egg. Pour egg white and yolk into a 5-ounce paper cup. Discard the shell. Use a small whisk or plastic fork to beat egg until well mixed. Beat in salt, milk, and one drop of green food coloring. Melt 2 Tablespoons of margarine in a skillet over low to medium heat (300). Pour beaten eggs into the heated pan. As mixture cooks, stir with a wooden spoon until creamy curds form throughout. Serve immediately. If left in the pan, egg will continue to cook. Do not overcook. Enjoy!
