Here's an activity that your students will enjoy. Print out one copy of the hundreds chart for each of your students and one copy of the calling cards for yourself. Each student will also need one crayon or marker.

Shuffle the calling cards. As you call out a number each child will color in that number on his/her chart.

When you have finished calling out the numbers on the calling cards, your students will see a special number on their chart.

This activity can also be done in a learning center. Place a hundreds pocket chart and the calling cards in the center. (Run the calling cards off on a contrasting piece of tag so that they will stand out.) A child will pick up each calling card and match it to the number in the pockets chart. When he has finished the number "100" will be highlighted on the chart.

100 Day Glasses

Print out one pair of eyeglasses for each student. You might want to cut out the holes in the zeros before you pass out the eyeglasses. Have your students decorate the eyeglass frames with crayons and markers. Have them bend back about 1/2 inch of each bow and glue them to the glasses. The bows may also need to be shortened to fit each student comfortably.
